Delivery Info

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow for 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive. This estimate is depended on changing of delivery address, stock availability, order processing and events outside of our control.

We facilitate Takealot.com as a means for shipping and distribution.

In order to Reschedule your delivery, please do so at latest 48 hours after your order was placed.

Should you wish to reschedule your delivery, please do so by sending us an email at sales@shirttake.co.za, with your Name, Last name, order number and a phone number, along with the date you wish to reschedule your delivery to.

Changing your delivery address after placing an order is not possible. If you are not available to receive your order at your original delivery address, you are able to reschedule your delivery date should your order be eligible by contacting us at sales@shirttake.co.za

If you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received.

Returns Info

Due to the nature of the products we sell, clothing, we do not accept returns for the safety of our customers. However, should the items be defective or the packaging of the product(s) is damaged leading to the items being damaged please contact us at sales@shirttake.co.za

It is possible to reschedule the collection of your return only if:

  • We have confirmed that a returns collection has been scheduled with the customer and...
  • You have not exceeded the maximum number of return collection reschedule requests. (Note: Only two reschedule requests can be made per return.)

We will keep you up to date with the time and date of the returns collections, however, should you wish to make an inquiry, please feel free to contact us at sales@shirttake.co.za

Each return item is tracked separately.

Order Cancellations.

You can cancel an order if you have not yet paid for it.

If you have already paid for your order, contact us at sales@shirttake.co.za to check if your order is eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already scheduled for delivery, can not be cancelled.

If you have not yet paid for your order, go to your orders section on your account page, select the order you would like to cancel and click the ‘Cancel Order’ button.

It is not possible to add or remove items in your order.

On selected orders, we could make changes to your scheduled delivery date and delivery address.

There are 3 main reasons why your order may need to be cancelled.

Payment not Received

All our payment methods require payment to be made at checkout. Should payment not be made within 7days of ordering, the order will be cancelled. Please note, adding items to your wishlist or ordering without making payment, does not ensure the items will be shipped or kept aside.

Stock Constraints

While we make every effort to make sure our stock information is accurate when you place an order, occasionally suppliers may run out of stock after an order has been placed.

Unable to Deliver Your Order

If after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, we are still unable to reach you, your delivery will be cancelled.

If your order has been cancelled, credit will be applied for the amount you have already paid. If you would prefer a refund please contact us at sales@shirttake.co.za

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if the criteria is met set forth in the returns and cancellations policy found on this "FAQ" page.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 - 7 working days after receiving email confirmation, depending on your bank's processing times.
